Summer Lunch Program 2024 Goals Objectives. To expand the reach of summer meal programs, summer ebt has been established as a permanent usda program that aims to reduce summer hunger by providing families. This summer, i worked on the policy, partnerships, and communications team at the united nations capital development fund (uncdf).

The program will run from june 10 through july 26 at locations throughout davenport. We have compiled a list of schools, organizations, and food pantries that are offering free summer lunch programs in fargo and moorhead (and breakfast, too!).
